About Charter School
Watershed Public Charter School (WPCS) is an environmental and arts-integrated charter school located in Windsor Mill, Maryland, serving students in western Baltimore County. Since opening in 2019, WPCS has provided a hands-on, multidisciplinary curriculum that emphasizes project-based learning. Students engage deeply with the environment through outdoor classrooms, a micro-farm, and creative expression.
